*Job Description:*

Urgently Required Import Documentation Executive. Candidate Should Have Full Knowledge Of Import Documents For Customs Clearance Like Check List Preparation (Import Software - Hans I Cafe), E-Sanchit, Online Query Reply, Adc Noc, Must Have The Knowledge Of Fssai, Pq, Aq, Customs Notifications And Tariff. Must Be Able To Coordinate With Shipping Line And & Well Versed With Odex, Icegate Etc. Must Have The Knowledge Of Dpd Clearance From Document Filing To Delivery As Well As Sez Clearance. Good Communication And Mail Drafting Skill With The Ability To Correspond Directly With Customers, Shipping Line And Cfs.

Handle End-To-End Import Shipment Process
Coordinate With Overseas Agents And Customers
Check Pre-Alert Documents Received From Agent
Verify Bill Of Lading, Invoice, And Packing List
Coordinate With Cha/Customs Broker For Clearance
Follow Up For Bill Of Entry Filing
Arrange Delivery Order From Shipping Line
Coordinate Transportation And Delivery
Update Customers Regarding Shipment Status
Maintain Shipment Records And Mis Reports
Follow Up For Duty Payment And Documentation
Ensure Timely Cargo Delivery
Resolve Shipment-Related Issues And Delays
Maintain Communication With Shipping Lines, Transporters, And Customers
