Job Responsibilities: Handling Day-To-Day Customer Service Activities For Export/Import Shipments Coordinating With Shipping Lines, Overseas Agents, Transporters, And Customers Preparing And Checking Shipping Documents Good Knowledge Of Bill Of Lading (B/L) Process Follow-Up For Shipment Status And Updates To Customers Handling Freight Inquiries And Coordination For Pricing / Quotations Maintaining Smooth Communication With Operations And Documentation Teams Solving Customer Queries And Ensuring Timely Support
Required Skills:
Experience In Freight Forwarding / Cha / Logistics Industry
Knowledge Of Export &Amp; Import Documentation
Good Understanding Of Bill Of Lading Procedures
Basic Knowledge Of Freight Pricing And Quotation Handling
Good Communication And Email Drafting Skills
Ability To Work In A Team And Handle Customers Professionally
Knowledge Of Ms Excel And Erp/Software Systems Preferred
