Conducted Covering Mainly Following Parameters Resource Availability Facility To Perform The Operations. Service Locations – Delivery / Pick Up Point Of Cargo To Be/ Its Affiliates Service Locations. If The Origin / Destination Falls Beyond The Reach, The Same Is Informed To The Customer. Financial Related - The Business To Be In Conformity With The Norms Of Credit Policy. Vendor Capability – Assessed The Vendors Capability To Execute The Operation. If The Vendor / Agent Overseas Does Not Have The Service Capability The Same Is To Be Informed To The Customer. Cargo Qualifies The Origin / Destination Statutory Laws, Cartels, Agreements Of International And National Trade.5.Records

Purpose:&Nbsp;To Prepare The Standard Operating Procedure For Terms And Conditions To Be Incorporated Compulsorily With All Quotes

Scope: It Includes Terms And Conditions That Are Relevant And Important That Are To Be Specifically Mentioned In All Quotes.

Procedure: Following Details Are&Nbsp;Specifically Mentioned In The&Nbsp;Quote Along With The Price Quotation.

Price Quote &Ndash; Currency With Quantity&Nbsp;Unit To Be&Nbsp;Mentioned Specifically.

Quote Validity &Ndash; To Be Given Exact Number Of Days For&Nbsp;Which The Quote Is Valid.

Transit Damages &Ndash; The Sentence&Nbsp;&Ldquo;We Will Take At Most Precaution To Ensure That Package Does Not Sustain Any Damages. However, Our Liability Is&Nbsp;Limited As Per Carrier&Rsquo;S Act.&Rdquo;To Be&Nbsp;Incorporated.

Force Majeure Clause

Transit Insurance &Ndash; To Be&Nbsp;Arranged By The Customer&Nbsp;

Local Union Payments &Ndash; To Be&Nbsp;Arranged By The Customer&Nbsp;
